The event is one of the outstanding activities within the framework of "Month of experiencing tourist destinations in Lam Dong province in 2025".
Weaving brocade is a long-standing traditional craft, closely associated with the life and soul of M'nong women. Brocade products have typical colors such as blue, black, red, yellow with stylized motifs simulating nature, animals and daily activities.
Each weaving line not only shows the ingenuity and diligence but also the way M'nong women prepare their luggage before getting married; at the same time, it passes on cultural values through generations.

In addition, the M'nong gong is a precious intangible cultural heritage, closely associated with spiritual life and the community. The sound of gongs echoing in festivals and important rituals such as celebrating the new rice harvest, weddings, and funerals not only has the meaning of praying for peace and warding off evil spirits, but also contributes to creating the unique identity of the Central Highlands culture.
The M'nong people are proud to be one of the owners of the Central Highlands Gong Cultural Space Heritage, which has been recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

At the program, many visitors were able to immerse themselves in the sound of gongs, experience and learn about brocade weaving, the process of weaving a piece of fabric (ui) and the meaning of each pattern and motif.

The program demonstrates Lam Dong Museum's efforts in preserving, maintaining and promoting national cultural heritage, contributing to connecting the community and enhancing the value of Lam Dong cultural tourism destinations.
