The Party Committee of Thieu Hoa town always promotes the role and responsibility of the leader, focuses on leadership and direction with focus and key points in all fields, especially overcoming the limitations and weaknesses pointed out after the annual review. The most obvious change after 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo in the town is the spirit of solidarity promoted in infrastructure construction. In 4 years (2020-2023), the town has invested more than 100 billion VND to build, upgrade and repair more than 80 welfare works serving people's lives (schools, rural traffic, intra-field traffic, sub-regional cultural houses...); Coordinate with the District Clearance Board to propagate and mobilize people to reclaim 316,000 square meters of agricultural land with nearly 600 affected households to implement projects... contributing to changing the urban appearance, promoting local economic , cultural and social development.

In the roadmap for new rural construction (XDNTM), cadres, party members and people of Dac Chau village, Thieu Tan commune are one of the units that strongly promote the spirit of solidarity, organize and successfully implement the resolutions set forth by the Party Committee. In particular, the important role of Party cell secretary and village chief Le Huy Truong in building a model new rural village is played by him. He is always enthusiastic and eager to participate in the village's work. Following Uncle Ho's teaching "with skillful mass mobilization, everything will be successful", he "went to every alley, knocked on every door", grasped the thoughts and aspirations, mobilized people to donate land to open roads, encouraged children far from home to contribute to building infrastructure, improving the material and spiritual life of the people in the village. As a result, cadres, party members and people in the village donated land to widen the road, contributed to the construction of a 200m long, 3.5m wide concrete road, built a public lighting line, renovated the village cultural center, built flower beds, ornamental trees in the cultural house, built village gates, model fences... worth hundreds of millions of VND, mainly contributed by people and children living far away from home. Clear roads, infrastructure meeting production and living needs have promoted economic development. Up to now, Dac Chau village has no poor households and in 2022 it was recognized as a model new rural village.

Over the past three years, in Thieu Hoa district, there have been hundreds of typical examples of advanced learning and following Uncle Ho who have been commended. Among them, there are people who are always simple and sincere in every thought and action, such as: Specialist Doctor I Le Xuan Dung, Deputy Director of the District General Hospital; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai, Party Cell Secretary, Principal of Thieu Phu Kindergarten; Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, civil servant of land administration, agriculture, environment of Thieu Van commune; Ms. Nguyen Thi Lich, official of the People's Committee of Thieu Vu commune...

The above results were achieved because in the past time, the Standing Committee of Thieu Hoa District Party Committee has focused on directing localities and units to implement Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo in conjunction with the implementation of resolutions at all levels. The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has been included in the action program and resolution implementation plan by the Party Committees and authorities of Thieu Hoa District; integrated with emulation movements in localities and units. Each cadre and party member is committed to setting an example in ideology, morality and daily lifestyle, bringing all collective and individual activities into order and becoming a personal matter.

In that spirit, all cadres, party members, association members, and people build action plans and register specific contents of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, in conjunction with promoting the building and rectification of the Party and the political system. The main contents are: building working styles and manners "close to the people, respect the people, understand the people, learn from the people, be devoted to serving the people"; build advanced new-style rural communes, model new-style rural communes, and model units; strengthen land management, environmental resources, planning management, construction order, site clearance for investment projects; manage traffic safety corridors; direct the resolution of environmental pollution.

After 3 years of implementation, Thieu Hoa district has built 721 typical models following Uncle Ho in many different fields, with strong influence, especially the movement of building people, agencies, model units, advanced new rural construction, model new rural construction and civilized urban areas. Since then, it has created a strong transformation, breakthrough, new momentum, new momentum with an average production value growth rate of 16.72%; the district has 21 model new rural villages, 1 model new rural commune, 4 advanced new rural communes. Many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements have been commended and rewarded by competent authorities at all levels. These achievements are beautiful flowers in the "flower garden for Uncle Ho", contributing to building a clean and strong district Party Committee, successfully completing the Resolution of the 20th District Party Congress and resolutions of party congresses at all levels, term 2020-2025.
