From September 13 to 17, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor organized 4 working delegations to visit and give gifts to union members and workers in provinces and cities affected by storm No. 3 (storm Yagi ).
Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation Vo Manh Son presented support to union members and workers of Quang Ninh province.
The working delegations visited and presented gifts to the Labor Confederation of 12 provinces and cities, including: Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai , Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Bac Giang, Cao Bang, Son La and Bac Kan. The total amount of support for union members and workers affected by storm No. 3 is 1,050 million VND.
Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Trinh Thi Hoa presented support to the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor.
At the places visited, the leaders of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor sent their regards, sympathies and encouragement to the families of union members and workers affected by storms and floods. At the same time, they hoped that the provincial and municipal federations of labor would overcome difficulties, join hands with trade unions at all levels to care for and share the hardships of union members and workers in the area; and hoped that union members, workers and people affected and severely damaged by storms and floods would soon stabilize their lives.
Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation Mai Ba Nam presented support to the Yen Bai Provincial Labor Federation.
Receiving the support money, representatives of the leaders of the Labor Federations of provinces and cities expressed their deep gratitude to the Labor Federation of Thanh Hoa province for supporting and sharing with union members and workers. The Labor Federations of provinces and cities will allocate the support money to union members and workers affected by storms and floods in localities and units in a timely, public, transparent, and appropriate manner.
Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Minh Canh presented support to union members and workers of Bac Giang province.
This is an activity demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, care and sharing of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation to union members and workers affected by natural disasters in the Northern provinces to help union members and workers quickly overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
