The Multiple Choice Test Review Board receives review account information on the software from the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) sent by email qlthi@moet.gov.vn (receiving emails to the MOET is done outside the review scoring area).
The Multiple Choice Exam Review Board receives the CD containing review data (Excel file containing the list of candidates requesting review by exam subject), the CD containing the marking information (from the Multiple Choice Exam Review Board that has been handed over to the Examination Council), scanners, servers and workstations, etc. from the Examination Council.
The Multiple Choice Test Review Board enters the review data into the Software, checks the test of the candidate requesting review to compare each answer on the candidate's TLTN Form with the scanned image and the identification result after error correction on the Multiple Choice Test Scoring Software saved during the scoring process.
If any errors are found, make adjustments to the multiple-choice test scoring software to grade and export the review report.
After marking, the Multiple Choice Test Review Board will export the report data (CD4). Note: CD4 contains a backup copy of the software database. Check the contents of CD4 to see if all folders and files are included as per the software instructions.
The deadline for sending the CD4 multiple-choice test review results data disk and completing the multiple-choice test review work is according to the 2023 High School Graduation Exam Work Schedule in Appendix I.
