When purchasing tickets, customers need to request the seller to provide an invoice according to regulations. This is an important document used to protect the rights of passengers.

To create trust, the person posting the offer to buy cheap airline tickets even creates photos of successful transactions. However, when the user transfers money, the subjects will block Facebook or phone contact, erasing all traces.

In more sophisticated cases, after receiving the money from the customer, the subjects still issue tickets, but then refund the tickets to get back most of the money, only having to pay a small refund fee. Or these subjects will book a seat, send the customer the booking code as collateral and request a transfer. After receiving the payment, they do not issue the ticket and cut off contact. Because the ticket has not been issued, the booking code will automatically cancel after a while. The customer only knows about this when they arrive at the airport or check directly with the airline.
