In 2023, Binh Duong province has 14,334 candidates registered to take the High School Graduation Exam with 29 Exam Sites, including 1 backup Exam Site. The province mobilized nearly 2,300 officials to participate in all stages of the Exam.

Reporting on Binh Duong province's preparations for the 2023 High School Graduation Exam, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Nguyen Van Phong said: The Provincial People's Committee has issued a Directive on strengthening the direction of organizing the 2023 High School Graduation Exam in Binh Duong province. The Provincial Steering Committee has issued a Plan on organizing the Exam.

Binh Duong province has organized training on examination regulations and examination organization techniques for examination officers; has organized training and inspection for those participating in examination inspection and examination work.

Through training, units will grasp the regulations, unify solutions and procedures to organize the 2023 High School Graduation Exam safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations.

The plan and methods for organizing inspection and examination have been built and deployed, including: Checking the implementation of the program, organizing review sessions to prepare for the exam; checking the conditions of facilities; checking the printing and copying of exam papers; inspecting the invigilation, grading, review of exam papers, and the work of considering and recognizing high school graduation.

To ensure the safety and security of the exam, the Provincial Police mobilized the maximum force to work at the locations where exam papers were printed, transported, and managed, and at the exam invigilation and grading points. They actively coordinated to prevent, detect, investigate, and handle negative incidents during the organization of the exam.

At the same time, the District, Town and City Police have also directed the Police to send members to participate in protecting the Examination Sites, performing well the tasks of protecting security, order and safety for the Examination, ensuring traffic safety, fire and explosion prevention, etc. Support the Examination Sites in identifying recording and filming devices that are allowed to be brought into the examination room according to the Regulations.

A representative of Binh Duong Provincial Police affirmed: The police force determined that this is a key task, a political task, not to let any security and order problems occur during the Exam. The Provincial Police and the police of districts and towns are ready for the 2023 High School Graduation Exam.

Acknowledging the proactive preparation work of Binh Duong province for the 2023 Exam, demonstrated through the implementation and issuance of documents directing the organization of the Exam, the development and implementation of training plans, progress of inspection and examination work, preparation of facilities, human resources, etc., but emphasizing that "no amount of skill is enough in the exam", Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong suggested that Binh Duong province continue to focus on a number of key tasks and works.

Specifically, the Deputy Minister requested Binh Duong province to do a good job of propagating the nature and scale of the exam and to thoroughly conduct training. In the training, it is necessary to pay attention to new content, individualize the training subjects, and present hypothetical situations for training. "The motto is that all officials participating in the exam must be trained, including the reserve team," said the Deputy Minister.

“Choosing, arranging and controlling people is very important. Any small mistake by an individual will affect the exam not only of the province but also of the whole country,” the Deputy Minister shared.

With a large-scale exam involving many departments, branches, localities and units, the Deputy Minister suggested that Binh Duong province needs to do a good job of coordination, in which the Department of Education and Training proactively proposed.
