Innovation in Party cell activities

Implementing the model of "4 good party cells", the Party Cell of Tran Van On Primary School maintains regular and regular activities; the atmosphere is close and open. Professional issues are integrated into the content of the activities. Party members exchange and express their opinions on issues such as: tutoring weak students, nurturing gifted students or solutions to apply information technology and artificial intelligence in teaching. These issues are concretized into the daily actions of teachers: A lesson with new software, a life skills enhancement class, a small group of tutors after school.

In 2024, the Party Cell of Tran Van On Primary School organized many practical thematic activities, notably the topic "Cadres and Party members continue to fulfill their responsibilities as role models; overcome the fear of responsibility and not daring to do things". Party members raised difficulties and problems in the teaching process to discuss and find solutions. Ms. Vu Ngoc Tuyet - teacher of class 3/1 shared: "In the Party Cell activities, the spirit of democracy is promoted. There is no deference or avoidance, instead there is frankness and constructive comments".

Comprehensive education

Although it is only a medium-sized primary school, what makes many parents appreciate and send their children to study here is the quality of education. Each student at Tran Van On Primary School is encouraged to express their creativity, develop their self-learning ability and nurture their love of learning. Each classroom is a small world where students not only learn to read but also learn how to be a good person.

In the comprehensive education development strategy, the Party Cell and the School Board pay special attention to life skills education and experiential activities. Lessons are no longer confined to the classroom, students experience and learn through extracurricular activities linked to practical connections. Through extracurricular activities, students become confident, bold and know how to share and cooperate with friends.

Behind the innovations is the close accompaniment of the Party cell. The Party cell not only guides but also closely follows each lesson and each step of the teachers. Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri - Party cell Secretary, Principal of Tran Van On Primary School said: "The Board of Directors spends time in class, grasps the actual situation, gives comments and advice, accompanies teachers in all activities. All problems are resolved, no one has to struggle alone."

Professional activities, teaching conferences, and demonstrations are not only opportunities to test and evaluate teaching methods, but also opportunities for teachers to exchange and learn from each other. The classroom environment is fair and open, where weak students are tutored enthusiastically, good students are stimulated to develop their potential, and all are encouraged to develop.

The core is in the party members

The Party Cell of Tran Van On Primary School currently has 22 party members, most of whom are young, dynamic and dedicated to their profession. One of the important factors that contribute to the school's educational quality is the party members' efforts in learning, innovating teaching methods and being creative in each lesson.

For Ms. Pham Thi Thu Van - teacher of class 4/1, teaching is not only about imparting knowledge but also about nurturing students' thinking, personality and joy in class. Ms. Van said: "From the beginning of the school year, I surveyed and classified students' levels, from which I designed individualized lessons. Good students were given extensive, creative exercises; slow learners received private tutoring after school hours."

With the development of technology, most teachers at Tran Van On Primary School boldly apply information technology such as preparing electronic lessons. Ms. Vu Ngoc Tuyet is one of the young party members who are at the forefront of applying information technology in teaching. She organizes lively STEM lessons, uses KAV training software and prepares 400 electronic lesson plans herself. In her class, students not only master knowledge but are also interested, proactive and cooperative.

From the model of “4 good party cells”, the Party Cell of Tran Van On Primary School leads the construction of a quality educational environment where students develop comprehensively. Innovation in teaching, solidarity and efforts of the teaching staff help the school maintain strong achievements, affirming its position in the province’s education sector.

The spirit of solidarity and exemplary behavior of party members helped Tran Van On Primary School Party Cell achieve the title of excellent party cell and be recognized as "4 good party cell" in 2024.
