Earlier, early morning of the same day, heavy rain caused widespread flooding in Hiep Thanh commune.
Water from upstream flooded K'ren, K'Long and Tan An villages, Hiep Thanh commune, isolating many households.


On Highway 20, the section passing through Hiep Thanh commune, heavy rain also caused severe flooding. In the early morning of September 6, vehicles could not move through the area.


Hiep Thanh Commune People's Committee mobilized more than 50 people including militia, police, army and other forces to help people evacuate from flooded areas.
In addition, the fire fighting force also mobilized about 6 canoes to help people evacuate to safe areas.
Initial records show that in Hiep Thanh commune, 5 villages were flooded, affecting about 500 households.
Authorities are still urgently staying in the area, continuing to support people to overcome the consequences and stabilize their lives after the flood.


On the same morning, the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, Lam Dong Province is also actively implementing measures to overcome the consequences of heavy rain in the area.
Preliminary statistics show that the rain on the night of September 5th caused the walls of three houses in alley 27, An Binh street to collapse.
In Thai Lam alley, rain also caused traffic subsidence.


Currently, localities are counting the damage caused by heavy rain.
