Capacity building for information and communication officers

On November 28, in Ha Tinh City, the School of Training and Fostering Information and Communication Management Staff (Ministry of Information and Communications) opened a training course to improve the capacity of nearly 50 trainees who are managers, reporters, and editors of press agencies and state management of press in Ha Tinh and Quang Binh provinces.

During the training course, trainees will acquire some basic contents on information and communication work; develop innovative thinking in leadership, management and press activities; manage and operate press activities in a digital technology environment; communication skills, problem solving in leadership, management and press activities; build press culture in the context of the 4.0 revolution...

During the 2 days, the trainees will be equipped by lecturers with basic knowledge of strategies and innovative thinking for the team of managers, reporters, editors of press agencies, state management of press; at the same time, helping them understand the role, characteristics, functions, and tasks of press work, thereby building principles, methods, innovative styles, and creativity in professional activities and management and leadership of press activities.

The course is expected to end on November 29, 2023.
