On November 14, TASS quoted Rosoboronexport General Director Alexander Mikheyev as saying that the company had signed a contract to supply 5th generation stealth fighter Sukhoi Su-57E with a foreign partner on the sidelines of the Zhuhai air show.
According to Mr. Mikheyev, Su-57E is just one of many weapons and military equipment that Rosoboronexport will bring to the market in the near future.

Previously, at the opening of the Zhuhai exhibition (November 12), the Su-57 stealth fighter duo attracted special attention from delegates and visitors. The Russian stealth fighter also performed complex flight maneuvers in the air.
Speaking about Rosoboronexport's goals in Zhuhai, Mr. Mikheyev said that the Russian defense industry sets clear goals for the global arms market, including further developing cooperative relations with traditional customers.
Rosoboronexport CEO stressed that Russia is ready to expand defense cooperation with any country friendly to Moscow. The corporation will also introduce new weapons models to the market in 10-15 years.
According to Mr. Sergey Chemezov, CEO of Russia's state technology corporation Rostec, the Su-57 is the only fifth-generation aircraft in the world that has demonstrated exceptional performance characteristics in all combat situations.
Rostec stressed that the Su-57E export version attracted the attention of many of Russia's traditional partners at the Chinese air show.
Designed specifically for the export market, the Su-57E version made an impressive display of power at the Zhuhai Airshow.
The Su-57E combines stealth, high maneuverability and powerful firepower, and can be deployed in a variety of combat missions. With a maximum take-off weight of 34 tons, the Su-57E is classified as a heavy fighter, optimized for a wide range of air-to-air, land and sea operations.

The Su-57E's stealth features allow it to penetrate heavily defended areas and engage targets, making it a potent weapon for strike and intelligence gathering missions in contested environments.
The aircraft is highly maneuverable thanks to advanced thrust vectoring technology, allowing for complex maneuvering tactics, which is important for close-in dogfights. High maneuverability and the ability to fly at supersonic speeds without using the afterburner function give the Su-57E tactical flexibility.
The Su-57E has 12 weapon hardpoints, including six internal hardpoints that help maintain its stealth configuration. The fighter can carry air-to-air missiles, precision-guided bombs and munitions. The aircraft's multi-channel weapon control system can adapt to a variety of mission configurations, facilitating flexible switching between different combat situations.
The virtual assistant using artificial intelligence (AI) technology is also a prominent feature of the Su-57E. Advanced automated systems help reduce pressure on pilots, allowing for efficient mission management and rapid adaptation to complex combat situations.
