Thong Nhat Coal had power back on at 8:30 a.m. on September 9 and resumed production from the first shift on September 10. On September 11, the company produced over 6,210 tons of coal.

By proactively preventing storms and heavy rains, ensuring the operation of pumping stations with backup power from generator systems, carrying out drainage and ventilation work and preparing production conditions well, immediately after having electricity on September 10, Mong Duong Coal organized normal production with a high rate of workers going to work, on September 11, production reached over 4,200 tons of coal; Khe Cham Coal on September 11 produced 5,200 tons of coal; Ha Long Coal on September 11 produced over 5,500 tons of coal. At the Northern Coal Trading Joint Stock Company, due to good work in preventing and responding to storm No. 3 and heavy rain, the Duc Long coal warehouses (Que Vo, Bac Ninh), Kim Thanh (Kinh Mon, Hai Duong ) and Tan Duc coal warehouses (Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong) were not much affected and have stabilized normal production.

For Gia Duc 02 coal warehouse (Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong ) under the management of Coalimex, there was a landslide between the coal piles, but the volume of coal that was washed away was all in the trenches and coal collection pits, so immediately after the storm ended, the unit proceeded to clear the drainage ditches and collect the washed away coal in the coal collection pits.
