Youth Workers' Day 2024

On May 24, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee coordinated to organize the 2024 Youth Workers' Festival at The Vissai Cement Group Company Limited (Gian Khau Industrial Park, Gia Vien).

In recent times, the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province have organized a variety of activities to accompany and promote the spirit of vanguard, volunteerism and creativity among young workers. During the Workers' Month of 2024, the Youth Union chapters at all levels focused on implementing many key activities such as: Organizing propaganda and education on revolutionary ethics, raising the spirit of self-cultivation and moral training, arousing the aspiration to contribute to building a prosperous and happy homeland and country; implementing activities to care for material and spiritual life; promoting the spirit of vanguard, volunteerism and creativity for the community of young workers in the context of national digital transformation and international integration.

At the Festival, the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises, and The Vissai Cement Group Company Limited presented 25 gifts to young workers of The Vissai Cement Group Company Limited with difficult circumstances, policy families, and outstanding workers, each gift worth 500,000 VND.

Also at the Festival, sports activities took place among the Company's workers with games: tug of war; sack jumping; solidarity, coordination...

This is an activity in response to Workers' Month, and at the same time aims to promote the accompanying role of the Youth Union in caring for, supporting, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of young workers; creating a favorable environment for young workers to promote the spirit of initiative, volunteerism, and creativity, contributing to the good performance of tasks in labor production at enterprises.
