According to the agenda of the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly, on the morning of June 27, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall, voting to pass 07 laws and 07 resolutions.

The laws voted to be passed include: Law on Science, Technology and Innovation; Law on Atomic Energy (amended); Law on Railways (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Credit Institutions; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth and the Law on Implementing Democracy at Grassroots Level; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense, the Law on People's Army Officers, the Law on Professional Soldiers, Workers and Defense Officials, the Law on Military Service, the Law on Vietnam Border Guard, the Law on People's Air Defense, the Law on Mobilization Reserve Forces, the Law on Civil Defense, the Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones, the Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces, the Law on National Defense and Security Education; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Along with that, the National Assembly's Resolution on the investment policy of the Quy Nhon-Pleiku Expressway Construction Investment Project; the National Assembly's Resolution on the investment policy of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 Construction Investment Project; the National Assembly's Resolution on adjusting the investment policy of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Construction Investment Project, Phase 1; the National Assembly's Resolution on the International Financial Center in Vietnam; the National Assembly's Resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Hai Phong City; the National Assembly's Resolution on approving the 2023 State budget settlement; the National Assembly's Resolution on implementing the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Organization of People's Courts, the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Organization of People's Procuracies, procedural laws and other relevant laws.
