TPO - Nam Dan 2 High School (Nghe An) has just announced that the admission score for grade 10 in the 2025-2026 school year is 2.5 points for 3 exam subjects.

On July 3, social networks were abuzz about the announcement of the second round of 10th grade enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year at Nam Dan 2 High School, Thien Nhan Commune, Nghe An, with a standard score of only 2.5 points.

According to the announcement issued by Mr. Pham Xuan Phu - Principal of Nam Dan 2 High School, students with a total admission score of 2.5 points or higher (including priority and incentive points, if any) will be admitted to grade 10 in the 2025 - 2026 school year.

The successful candidates are students with an admission score of 2.5 points or higher, who have submitted their first application to Nam Dan 2 High School but have not been admitted in the first round.

Nam Dan 2 High School lowered the standard score for entering grade 10 to only 2.5 points.

Admission time is from July 4, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on the same day. Working hours are according to the daily administrative schedule. During the admission process, the school will advise on the choice of subject groups.

The school announcement clearly stated the phone number of the Principal of Nam Dan 2 High School and another teacher.

This information makes many parents and teachers wonder and worry about such scores, what is the actual ability of the students, and whether they are qualified to continue studying in high school or not?

It is known that the admission score for the first wish to enter grade 10 of Nam Dan 2 High School for the 2025-2026 school year is 9.5 points.

The first wish to enter Nam Dan 2 High School in previous school years: 2023 - 2024 is 12.95 points; 2024 - 2025 is 15.4 points. In previous school years, Nam Dan 2 High School did not accept the second wish due to having reached the enrollment quota.

In this year’s 10th grade entrance exam, Nghe An province has more than 39,000 candidates registered to take the exam at 69 public schools in the whole province. Among the announced schools, Huynh Thuc Khang High School has the highest standard score in the first round in the whole province with 24.25 points.
