(VTC News) - Young singer Vu Thuy Linh will perform at the opening night of HOZO Super Fest 2024, on the same night as Hieuthuhai and international star Henry Lau.
Young singer Vu Thuy Linh has just been confirmed to perform at the HOZO Super Fest 2024 music festival. At the biggest international music festival of the year in Ho Chi Minh City this time, Vu Thuy Linh will bring new songs to convey the traditional values of the nation.

Accordingly, Vu Thuy Linh will perform on the opening night of this music festival on December 13, sharing the same performance with Hieuthuhai and international star Henry Lau.
Standing on the same stage with big music stars is an honor for a young Gen Z artist, but she admits it's a lot of pressure.
“Standing on the HOZO Super Fest 2024 stage is a great honor and a memorable milestone for me in my artistic career. However, this also means that I have to be confident to perform my best in front of thousands of audiences.
Through this stage, I hope to be able to spread the new folk melodies and folk songs arranged by musician Luu Quang Minh. From there, it will help young people get closer to traditional national values, and love more the values that our grandparents have preserved for hundreds of years," said the female singer.

Recently, Vu Thuy Linh released the album "Tơ đồng thanh thot" which bears the strong imprint of Vietnamese culture. The album includes 4 famous Vietnamese folk songs: Lung lieng ( Bac Ninh quan ho), Cong cha ngai me sinh sanh (Xam singing), Luyen nam cung (Cheo singing) and Chau Nam suo Lan (Chầu văn).
Through the mixing and arrangement of musician Luu Quang Minh, the album "Tơ đồng thanh thot" seems to put on a new coat, both familiar and new, with a strong Gen Z color. It is known that to complete this music product, Vu Thuy Linh spent a lot of time learning to sing from leading artists such as People's Artist Thanh Ngoan or People's Artist Thuy Huong.
Musician Luu Quang Minh is the project's music director.
Vu Thuy Linh was born in 1999. She was admitted to the Faculty of Music Education of the Military University of Culture and Arts with the highest major score. After graduating from university, she continued to study for a Master's degree in Music Teaching Theory and Methodology.
It is known that Vu Thuy Linh's family does not have a tradition of art. However, since childhood, she has had a passion for music. She completed her studies at school, while nurturing her love for singing. It was this passionate fire that urged her to pursue a professional artistic path.
Although exposed to youthful melodies and modern music trends, Vu Thuy Linh has a special affection for folk melodies imbued with Vietnamese traditional culture.
Talking about this, Vu Thuy Linh said: "I love Vietnamese folk melodies and want to do something to make these melodies more accessible to young people. From there, I will join hands to preserve and promote the traditional cultural values of the Vietnamese people."
