Dak Lak beauty crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2025

Yen Nhi, 21 years old, from Dak Lak, surpassed 34 contestants to be crowned Miss Grand Vietnam and won the right to compete internationally in October.

Yen Nhi is 1.72 m tall, with measurements of 81-64-92 cm. She participated in the contest in 2024 and entered the top 15. During her two months at the beauty pageant, Yen Nhi maintained her form through many sub-contests and attracted the attention of audiences on many beauty forums. She entered the top 5 of the Grand Heat (Swimsuit Show) and was highly appreciated in the Grand Voice Award round.

In the question and answer round for the top 5, judge Ha Kieu Anh asked: "As a young person, what actions will you take to contribute to the era of Vietnam's rise?"

Yen Nhi answered bilingually in English and Vietnamese: "As a tourism student, I believe that the things I can contribute to the country will be shown in three actions. First, I will be a Vietnamese storyteller, to spread cultural and historical values ​​and promote national heritage to international friends through sustainable and humane tours.

Second, I will apply innovation and digital transformation of tourism technology to contribute to making destinations and local communities more accessible to foreign tourists while still preserving Vietnamese identity.

Finally, I hope that in the future, I will have the opportunity to become a tourism ambassador, to be able to become a bridge connecting the world with Vietnam, not only through natural landscapes but also through kindness and youthful courage."

The 35 contestants opened the final round with a group performance, calling out their names in a lively style. Singers Nguyen Tran Trung Quan, Denis Dang, Hera Ngoc Hang, and Hellen stirred up the stage with their musical performances.

The final night of the competition took place outdoors, in the grounds of a hotel. Many viewers commented that the program script was lengthy, lasting four hours with many commercials and guest interactions. King Pham Tuan Ngoc announced that contestant Thu Ngan was missing from the top 15, causing disruption to the program.

Compared to previous years, the scale of the playground was commented to be smaller and less attractive. The organizers also condensed the activities and sub-rounds in Ho Chi Minh City instead of moving to many provinces and cities.

Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 kicked off mid-year with highlights such as Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest (VBFF), National Cultural Costume, The Grand Voice, The Grand Walk, The Grand Heat, The Grand Shoot, The Grand Chat, The Grand Business.

The copyright holder decided to organize the first domestic competition in 2022 after Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien's victory at Miss Grand International 2021 in Thailand, then sent the beauty queen to participate in the international competition. Over three seasons, the beauties who were crowned were Doan Thien An, Le Hoang Phuong, and Vo Le Que Anh.
