The motto "focusing on the grassroots, bringing cadres and party members closer to the people" has contributed to creating positive changes in mass mobilization work, strengthening the flesh-and-blood relationship between the Party and the people; promoting patriotic emulation movements, bringing the province's socio -economic development more and more.

In each period, mass mobilization work has different content and methods, but all aim to mobilize all classes of people to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; strengthen the great national unity bloc; consolidate and strengthen the close relationship between the Party and the people, and successfully achieve common goals.

Besides that, there are models of "Smart Mass Mobilization" in socio-economic development, many localities do well in mobilizing people, contributing to adjusting regulations and policies in accordance with reality; Exchange and discuss unanimously between people and the government on compensation and clearance; mobilize people with high consensus in implementing key projects and works of the province and the country.

The emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the city was deployed by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee through launching programs, movements, projects, especially the Project to Improve the Quality of the Campaign to Build "Cultural and Civilized Urban Lifestyle", associated with the implementation of the Urban Greening Campaign, aiming to build a "Green - Friendly City" which is considered one of the key tasks in the emulation movements of the branches and grassroots Party Committees with many rich contents and forms; contributing to the construction and development of the socio-economy, ensuring national defense and security, building a clean and strong political system. Up to now, localities and units have maintained the construction and effective implementation of 47 new models, typically models such as "Humane and Affectionate Hostel", "Morning Coffee - Exchange with the People" which have brought high efficiency, received the response of union members, association members and people in the city...

In the current context, building a harmonious, stable and progressive labor relationship is increasingly important, contributing to solving difficulties, promoting production development, and creating momentum for economic growth. In fact, in Binh Duong, CTDV in enterprises in the province have also had many bright spots in caring for workers; developing union members, organizing trade unions in non-state enterprises, implementing harmonious labor relations and mediation regulations at the grassroots level, etc.
