(NLDO) - Many officials and leaders of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Quang Binh province were examined for responsibility and proposed for disciplinary action due to violations in judgment enforcement work.

On February 12, the Inspection Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee said it had just held a meeting to review and conclude a number of important contents related to the inspection work when there were signs of violations at the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of this province.

The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission conducted an inspection when there were signs of violations against the Party Cell of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, term 2020-2025, and related individuals, including: Mr. Tran Phuong Nam - former Party Cell Secretary, former Deputy Director and Mr. Mai Cong Danh - former Party Cell Member, former Director.

The inspection results showed that the Party Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department had committed violations and shortcomings in not advising the Party Committee to lead cadres and party members to comply with the direction of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement and Inspection Conclusion No. 36/KL-TTR dated July 1, 2024 of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Justice .

In particular, there were violations in suspending the execution of the judgment at the request of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank and temporarily suspending Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan - Head of the Civil Judgment Execution Office of Dong Hoi City.

The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission determined that the main responsibility belongs to the Party Cell of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department. In which, the responsibility of the head belongs to Mr. Tran Phuong Nam, the direct responsibility of direction belongs to Mr. Mai Cong Danh.

In addition, the advisory responsibilities are related to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Cell, Deputy Director in charge; Tran Quy Hoai - Party Cell Member, Deputy Director; Dao Thi Hong - Deputy Head of the Department in charge of the Department of Professional Affairs and Enforcement Organization; Doan Thi Thuy Nga - Head of the Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations.

The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission agreed to review and consider the responsibilities of the Party Cell of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department and individuals Mr. Tran Phuong Nam and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy.

Consider and take disciplinary action against Mr. Mai Cong Danh; review and draw lessons from experience for Mr. Tran Quy Hoai. Request the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Agencies Bloc to direct the review and draw lessons from the two related party members.

Propose that the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice lead and direct administrative disciplinary action according to regulations against leaders of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Quang Binh province who have shortcomings and violations.
