With the main functions and tasks of ensuring environmental sanitation, solid waste treatment, management and operation of drainage systems, urban wastewater treatment... for many years, the Company's leaders have launched emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers, for a bright, green, clean and beautiful urban environment", attracting a large number of cadres, party members and workers to enthusiastically respond.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Bien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Company, through studying and following Uncle Ho, the Party Committee of the Company has built good models and effective methods such as the initiative to implement the model of "Mobile Environmental Sanitation". Every day, sanitation workers use power-assisted bicycles (currently 20), equipped with trash bins, trash tongs, brooms, and dustpans to move on the central streets of Quy Nhon to collect trash, especially the types of trash that suddenly appear on central streets or crowded areas.

“Sanitation workers use power-assisted bicycles to collect waste from 5am to 7am and from 3pm to 5pm. Not only collecting waste, sanitation workers also promote awareness of environmental protection among people. From the bicycle with propaganda decals to the image of workers patiently cleaning up each small piece of trash… all have the power to impact, contribute to change and raise awareness of environmental protection,” said Ms. Bien.

In addition, the Company has maintained 2 environmental protection communication points at the following locations: Company Headquarters (No. 40, Phan Boi Chau Street, Quy Nhon Ward) and Environmental Team No. 4 (No. 75, Nguyen Dieu Street, Quy Nhon Bac Ward) to organize communication activities on plastic waste recycling, exchanging plastic waste for gifts, and purchasing plastic scrap.

With the effective implementation of emulation movements and campaigns, continuously from 2021 - 2024, the Party Committee of Binh Dinh Environment Joint Stock Company has always been classified as "Excellently completing tasks". Recently, the Party Committee of the Company was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, period 2016 - 2025.

The company also has a solution to arrange environmental sanitation workers to work at their residence, helping to shorten the distance from home to the workplace, reducing the risk of occupational accidents when workers participate in traffic at night. On the other hand, to protect the clean and beautiful Quy Nhon beach environment, serving the swimming needs of residents and tourists, the company has purchased and used off-road motorbikes to collect beach trash, helping to reduce the labor of workers. Invested in renovating and repairing the buoy system on the sea to limit beachgoers from swimming too far away, causing danger.

In addition, the unit also invested in an automatic car wash system at the Long My Solid Waste Treatment Area, ensuring hygiene for garbage transport vehicles when participating in traffic. The unit's workers regularly propagate and mobilize households not to put garbage on the street and leave it in front of their houses during the day; from 8-10 pm, bring garbage out in front of the house for workers to collect after 10 pm to ensure environmental hygiene.
