Many parents believe that modern life, having to run after the work cycle, has little time for their children, especially during the summer. However, a meaningful summer does not need to be long trips or expensive courses. These are moments when children are free to be themselves, to play, explore , create and develop comprehensively in the company and love of their family.
Instead of buying many new toys, guide your children to turn paper boxes, plastic bottles, dry leaves, tree branches, etc. into unique works of art. Children can paint with watercolors, mold clay statues or make their own funny decorations. This not only stimulates creativity but also teaches children about recycling and environmental protection . To develop children's creativity, parents can also let their children do simple experiments such as making a volcano erupt (with baking soda and vinegar), growing plants in water, or exploring the properties of magnets to arouse their passion for science and help children understand more about the world around them in a visual and vivid way.
If possible, give your child the opportunity to try out the talents he or she loves, such as learning a musical instrument (guitar, piano, ukulele), drawing, dancing, martial arts, or learning a new language. The important thing is to let your child choose according to his or her interests, avoid imposing so that your child has motivation and joy when learning.
In cities, many educational centers and children's homes organize a variety of summer courses from life skills summer camps, basic programming courses, to cooking and gardening classes, etc. By participating in these courses, children will be equipped with many necessary skills.
A perfect summer is not just about trips but also about simple, meaningful moments when your children are free to play, explore and create. Let’s make this summer a memorable time, sowing the seeds of love for nature and a desire to learn in young minds!./.
