According to the representative of the National Power Transmission Corporation, the 500 kV Line 3 Project from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi ( Hung Yen ) always has about 8,000-10,000 officers, engineers, workers, and laborers working at the construction site.

The 500 kV line 3 in Thanh Hoa province is 131 km long, passing through 11 districts and towns in the province, including 299 pole foundation positions and 137 anchorages. Currently, 243 steel poles have been erected on the line in Thanh Hoa province; 15 anchorages have been completed and 18 anchorages are being erected.
