In 2024, Ninh Phuoc District People's Committee will continue to implement Resolution No. 21-NQ/TU of the 14th Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership in the management and effective use of land, mineral resources, and environmental protection until 2025, with a vision to 2030; carry out compensation and site clearance well, especially for key projects; focus on handling registration dossiers for granting land use right certificates, changing land purposes, land allocation, and land lease in the area according to approved land use plans and plans; focus on reviewing the use of public land for strict management; update and complete cadastral records for registered land plots, and issue land use right certificates; strengthen inspection and handling of cases of encroachment, improper land use, and violations in the fields of land and construction order, etc.
