Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phung, Deputy Director of the Admissions and Business Relations Center of the University of Finance and Marketing, said that in 2025, candidates will make payments according to the provinces/cities (where they have submitted their applications). Candidates must pay the full fee corresponding to the number of wishes previously registered on the system, including wishes to enter universities and colleges, the payment fee is the same.
The system will display 19 payment channels and the amount that candidates need to pay. In case you do not see the “Payment” button on the application registration interface, it means that the time is not within the payment fee payment period or is temporarily hidden to prevent congestion in the payment system.

2025 is the first year that colleges return to integrating admission data on the common system of the Ministry of Education and Training, therefore, the number of candidates for admission will increase by 115,892 compared to 2024.

To increase the chances of being admitted, Dr. Tran Manh Thanh, Principal of Bach Viet Polytechnic College, suggests "plan B".
"Although candidates nationwide have completed registration and adjusted their college and university admission wishes for 2025 on May 28, at this time, candidates can still register additional wishes to enter colleges, and can even enroll earlier than the timeline announced by the Ministry of Education and Training," said Dr. Thanh.
According to records, about 240 colleges have updated enrollment information in the 2025 enrollment system. Of which, most colleges enroll students in two parallel forms: enrollment on the common system of the Ministry of Education and Training and enrollment on the school's own system (submitting applications directly or submitting on the school's website).
With the general admission form of the Ministry of Education and Training, the deadline for registration is July 28. Meanwhile, the admission form using the school system can last until October 2025 (depending on the school).
"At this time, candidates can consider adding more wishes to colleges. It is expected that at the end of August, Bach Viet Polytechnic College will hold the first opening ceremony for candidates who have passed the entrance exam and registered for early admission. Within 2 years, students can graduate from college, enter the labor market or continue studying at university" - Dr. Thanh suggested.
From August 17 to 20, the Ministry of Education and Training will conduct virtual filtering on the system.
Before 5:00 p.m. on August 20, colleges and universities will enter admission scores and announce the first round of admission results.
Before 5:00 p.m. on August 30, candidates must confirm their enrollment online if they wish to attend.
