One of those typical examples is comrade Quach Thi Nhu Hoa (born in 1981) - Deputy Chief of the People's Procuracy of Region 1, Phu Tho province. With nearly two decades of working in the industry, comrade Hoa has not only shown herself to be a professional and solid prosecutor but also a close, exemplary leader, who is devoted to her profession.

Graduating from Hanoi Law University in 2003, comrade Quach Thi Nhu Hoa entered the Procuracy with a solid foundation of legal knowledge, a desire to learn and a high sense of responsibility. Through each working position, she has always demonstrated seriousness, discipline and professional courage. Since being appointed as Deputy Head of Lam Thao District People's Procuracy (now Region 2 People's Procuracy) in 2020, and then transferred to Viet Tri City People's Procuracy (now Region 1 People's Procuracy) from September 2022, she has always been an important core, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of the unit's operations. In her leadership position, comrade Hoa has always proactively followed up on practice, promptly and closely directed each case, especially key criminal cases of a complex and sensitive nature. He directly participated in studying the files, proposed specific investigation requirements, and persistently collected objective evidence to ensure the prosecution of the right person, the right crime, and the right law. In cases with stubborn defendants, with criminal records, or incidents that caused public opinion, he was not afraid of difficulties or avoided them, always maintained the principles of objectivity and caution, and defended to the end the prosecution viewpoint based on the law and evidence.

Comrade Do Duc Thanh, Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Region 1, commented: "Comrade Quach Thi Nhu Hoa is a calm, responsible prosecutor who works scientifically and carefully. Not only closely directing the work, he also regularly plays the role of the main prosecutor at criminal trials, demonstrating the ability to make sharp arguments, a firm stance, convincingly defending the prosecution's viewpoint, contributing to affirming the role of the Procuracy in protecting the law and the legitimate rights of the people.

Along with excellently completing her professional tasks, Comrade Quach Thi Nhu Hoa is also a role model for her exemplary lifestyle, democratic, close, and constructive leadership style. With her passion for nurturing the next generation, she always enthusiastically guides and mentors young cadres from the smallest things, thereby inspiring them with her seriousness and sense of responsibility in daily work.

In recognition of her positive contributions during her work, Comrade Quach Thi Nhu Hoa has been a grassroots emulation fighter for many years; in 2021, she was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy for two consecutive years of excellent performance. Recently, Comrade Hoa was recognized as an advanced model of the People's Procuracy of Phu Tho province. The positive contributions of Comrade Quach Thi Nhu Hoa, together with the efforts of the collective of cadres, prosecutors, and employees, have contributed to making the People's Procuracy of Region 1 the leading flag in the emulation movement of the provincial Procuracy for many years.
