On the afternoon of September 11, the draw of the AFC Women's Champions League 2025-2026 (Asian Women's C1) determined the opponents of Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club in the group stage. In this round, the tournament has the participation of 12 teams competing centrally from November 9 to 23 in Vietnam, China and Myanmar.

Accordingly, Kim Chi and her team's opponents in Group A are Stallion Laguna FC (Philippines National Championship runner-up), Lion City Sailors FC (Singapore National Championship defending champion) and the 2024-2025 Asian Women's Cup C1 runner-up is Melbourne City FC (Australian National Championship defending champion).

In the remaining two groups, defending champions Wuhan Jiangda Women's will host Group B, facing Bam Khatoon FC, East Bengal FC and PFC Nasaf. In the remaining group, hosts ISPE WFC will welcome Suwon FC Women, Tokyo Verdy Beleza and Naegohyang Women's FC.

The specific match schedule of Group A in Vietnam is expected to take place from November 13 to 19. Group C matches in Myanmar will be held from November 9 to 15, and the group matches in China will take place from November 17 to 23.

At the end of the group stage, eight teams, including the top two teams in each group and the two best third-placed teams, will advance to the knockout stage. The quarter-finals will take place in March 2026.

The semi-finals and final will be held at one venue, scheduled to take place from 20-23 May 2026.
