Nvidia expected to launch Blackwell Ultra B300 AI GPU at GTC 2025

According to Wccftech , Nvidia may introduce a new generation of AI products called Blackwell Ultra B300 at the GPU Technology Conference (GTC) in March 2025. This will be the successor to the current Blackwell line and is expected to create a significant shift in AI computing capabilities.

The Blackwell Ultra B300 series will focus on performance upgrades over previous generations. One of the highlights is said to be the total power consumption (TDP) of the AI ​​GB300 system, which will reach 1,400 W, a significant increase from the 1,000 W of the current GB200 generation. With this power increase, FP4 computing performance is expected to improve by about 1.4 times.

The Blackwell Ultra launch roadmap was announced by Nvidia at Computex 2024, but at this point there is still no exact name.

In addition to performance, Nvidia also focused on improving memory capacity. GB300 is expected to upgrade from 192 GB to 288 GB by taking advantage of 12-Hi stacks HBM3E memory technology. This will expand the ability to store and process large data, meeting the increasing demand in the field of AI.

Nvidia's major suppliers, including Foxconn and Quanta, have already begun developing technical solutions for this new architecture. In particular, Foxconn is considered a key partner in providing liquid cooling systems, an important factor to ensure product efficiency and stability. Nvidia is expected to completely switch to liquid cooling technology for its next-generation AI products, instead of using traditional air cooling systems.

Although there is no official announcement on a specific release date, many predictions suggest that the Blackwell Ultra series will be introduced to the market from the fourth quarter of 2025. However, this time may change depending on market demand and production progress.
