In recent days, Ms. Haley, the former governor of South Carolina and Mr. Trump’s only remaining rival in the Republican race, has attacked the former president, accusing him of being confused and questioning his ability to be president at his age. Mr. Trump was born in 1946, while Ms. Haley was born in 1972.

Not only did he say he felt “more alert” than he did 20 years ago, Trump also said that presidential candidates should take cognitive tests, according to Reuters. This seemed to be a response to a challenge from Haley, who also supported the same policy. Current President Joe Biden of the Democratic Party, who is running for re-election for another term, was born in 1942.
Trump has made several speech errors recently. In his speech on January 19, he confused Haley with former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. He also appeared unclear at times and even hinted that former President Barack Obama was still in office.
Winning again, Mr. Trump said his opponent had no chance.
Trump's successive victories in the Republican primaries in Iowa and New Hampshire have given him a strong chance of winning the Republican nomination to run for the White House. But Haley, who also served as US ambassador to the United Nations during Trump's presidency, has yet to give up the race.
Mr Trump and his allies have begun a campaign to force Ms Haley out of the race before the next crucial primary vote in Ms Haley’s home state of South Carolina on February 24. The former president has threatened to remove from his political orbit any donors who continue to give money to the politician.
Ms. Haley has vowed to continue campaigning in South Carolina and other states.
Meanwhile, President Biden and his campaign team have stepped up their attacks on Mr. Trump in recent days, calling the former president a threat to American democracy.
