Implementing the transformation of the government from three levels to two levels, our people are very excited and believe in the leadership of the Party. For our district of Phuc Tho, the transformation into three communes: Phuc Tho, Phuc Loc and Hat Mon. We were widely informed by the leaders of the Party Committee, People's Committee, People's Council, and Fatherland Front Committee, and ideological work was done to help us understand that this is a great revolution, bringing development to the country and our homeland.

We believe that the new government will be an effective, efficient, efficient government, close to the people, serving the people and businesses. We also feel that this transition takes place normally, all people's activities are not interrupted; work is resolved immediately so people are very excited, highly appreciating the sense of responsibility of the officials in charge. Today, attending the ceremony announcing the decision to establish a two-level government of the city at the bridge point of Minh Chau commune - the only island commune of the Capital, I really feel very honored and moved. This is an important milestone not only for my commune but also for the people who are living, working and attached to this special land.

As a long-time resident of Minh Chau, I find the consolidation of the two-level government apparatus extremely necessary, especially in the context of the locality gradually developing in terms of economy , society, infrastructure, and tourism. The newly consolidated apparatus, receiving attention and direct guidance from the city, will certainly create a new momentum, and the locality will change strongly... I believe that the new team of cadres will be more united, dynamic, closer to the people, thereby helping people overcome difficulties, promote potential such as raising dairy cows, safe vegetables, developing community tourism, experiential tourism...

We hope that the cadres who were awarded the decision today will always maintain their revolutionary qualities and ethics, and truly be public servants; and that they will always listen to the voice of the people and accompany them in every step of development. The two-level government is not only a change in the management model but also an innovation in the way of serving the people - so that all people feel that the government is close, trustworthy, and can entrust their thoughts and aspirations.

I have lived here since I was a child, and have never seen my hometown change as quickly and profoundly as in recent years. The establishment of Thuong Phuc commune demonstrates the Party and State's concern for each rural area. Today, standing here and listening to the decision to establish Thuong Phuc commune, I am truly proud. My locality now has a two-tier local government model, more modern, closer to the people - that is what the people are looking forward to.

With a larger commune scale and more potential, I believe that if there is good direction from the government, Thuong Phuc will develop strongly in the next few years. Not only placing their trust, the people of Thuong Phuc also showed their willingness to accompany and join hands with the government. Right after the announcement ceremony, many households proactively decorated their houses, participated in cleaning the environment, hung the national flag, and created a bright, green, clean, and beautiful landscape to celebrate the big event.

Truong Van Thao, a resident of Phu Cat commune: "Creating momentum for the country's development"

As a resident of Bach Thach village, the former Hoa Thach commune, now renamed Phu Cat, I strongly believe in the policies and orientations of the Party and General Secretary To Lam for the new era of the nation. I believe that the consolidation and streamlining of the government apparatus at all levels is one of the strong and bold steps of the Party and the State.

The first thing that every citizen feels is that thanks to the merger and streamlining of the State apparatus, a huge amount of resources will be saved to cover more social security expenses, creating momentum for the country's development. For example, since this school year, we have exempted tuition fees for students; many large investment projects such as the North-South high-speed railway and many other infrastructure projects... have been implemented. It still takes more time to prove the effectiveness of the model, but we fully support this policy, believing in the correctness of the Party and the State.
