The Provincial Military Party Committee has also proactively closely combined ideological and organizational work with policy work. Strictly implement the overcoming and correction of shortcomings in the spirit of the 4th Central Resolution on Party building and rectification, the political activity of "self-examination, self-correction", "keeping the oath of party members".

Every year, the Provincial Military Party Committee has developed a plan for the Party Committee and the Provincial Armed Forces to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. It identifies studying and following Uncle Ho as a voluntary and regular activity of organizations, cadres, party members and the masses according to the motto "above first, below later"; "inside first, outside later", studying goes hand in hand with following through concrete and practical actions and deeds. Notably, the provincial armed forces have coordinated with all levels and sectors to do a good job of training and helping people develop the economy and society, reduce poverty, mobilize people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and coordinate to resolve hundreds of related cases causing social disorder, ensuring the safety of holiday and anniversary activities. In 3 years (from May 2021 to present), the provincial armed forces have participated in more than 2,400 working days to concretize and gravel 387 km of rural roads. During the training sessions, they have proactively coordinated with Party committees and localities to organize labor to help people with many practical activities such as: dredging 64 km of canals, renovating more than 60 cemeteries, 432 memorials... with more than 8,400 working days. At the same time, implementing legal propaganda activities, organizing visits and giving gifts to policy families, health check-ups and providing free medicine to people in difficult circumstances. In particular, 59 Army-Civilian gratitude houses were built with a total amount of more than 8 billion VND, 6 comrade houses were built with a total amount of nearly 1.5 billion VND, and 6 cultural works were built with a total amount of 5.8 billion VND.

It is known that through the implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the provincial military, many good models have emerged that have been highly appreciated by the Provincial Party Committee and the Military Region. Typical examples include: the model of "3 strengthening", "Cadres and party members guiding the masses and subordinates", "Learning from other party cells", in training there is the model of "5 no, 3 promotion". In addition, there are the models of "5 proactiveness in ideological work"; "4 good, 1 strict Youth Union"; "Provincial military forces join hands to build new rural areas" "Provincial military forces strengthen solidarity with ethnic groups and religions". According to the assessment of the Provincial Military Command, the above are all models that bring practical results, making important contributions to the results of implementing the political tasks of each unit and locality. For example, through the implementation of the model "Provincial armed forces strengthen solidarity with ethnic groups and religions", it has created closer and more united relationships, contributing to mobilizing people and religions to feel secure and excited to do well "religious and worldly affairs", actively contributing to emulation movements, strengthening national defense and security, maintaining political security and local social order and safety.

The Provincial Military Party Committee said that in the coming time, the task of building a "Revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern People's Army" will pose increasingly high tasks. That requires the officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces to be united, unified, and focus on continuing to effectively implement the requirements of the Politburo and the Central Military Commission on promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" to build a strong and clean Party organization, a strong and comprehensive "Exemplary, typical" unit, first of all, politically strong, as a basis for improving overall quality, combat strength, and striving to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
