Reporting at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Le Van Chau said: In 2023, the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee set out 12 annual work targets, and the implementation results showed that 11/12 targets met and exceeded the plan. In particular, propaganda and education on politics , ideology, ethics, and cultural lifestyle for young people were carried out regularly, continuously, and effectively. Revolutionary action movements and programs to accompany young people were deployed widely, comprehensively, and throughout from the province to the grassroots, gradually entering life, attracting the participation of many youth classes in the province...

In 2023, the whole Union mobilized over 1 million union members and youth to participate in volunteer activities deployed by the Union and Association; implemented 10,188 youth projects and tasks, including 10,051 grassroots youth projects and tasks; 35 district-level youth projects and tasks; 2 provincial-level youth projects and tasks with total resources reaching over 26 billion VND.

Volunteer activities for community life attract a large number of cadres and young union members to participate, especially during peak volunteer periods such as: "Winter and Spring Volunteer" Program, Youth Month, Summer Campaign... The total number of gifts donated and mobilized by the Youth Union at all levels to give to policy households, the poor, young workers, and children in difficult circumstances from the above activities reached more than 21,000 gifts, worth more than 10.5 billion VND.

In addition, the Creative Youth movement has also achieved good results, implementing many solutions to support young people in implementing and realizing ideas and initiatives such as: "Technical Innovation", "Children and Youth Creativity", "Youth Informatics" Contest. As a result, the whole province has 725 innovative ideas and 98 creative startup projects supported.

Along with the above activities, the work of caring for and educating children and adolescents was carried out synchronously and with highlights; the work of building the Youth Union, expanding the solidarity front, gathering youth, participating in Party building and protecting the government was focused on and achieved good results.
