Developing An Phu worthy of its position as a dynamic ward of the province

An Phu Ward was established on the basis of the arrangement of the original status of 3 administrative units, including: Thang Loi Ward, An Phu Commune and Chu A Commune; the ward has a total natural area of 32.49 km2; population of 40,684 people; of which 30.44% of the population are ethnic minorities.

An Phu Ward has 9,145 households, of which 26 are poor and 30 are near-poor. An Phu Ward Party Committee has 46 subordinate Party cells with 934 Party members. The total number of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the ward is currently 70 people.

According to comrade Luu Trung Nghia - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary of An Phu Ward: Following the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, on June 26 and 27, the An Phu Ward Party Committee organized and operated the meeting mechanism of the Standing Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the Executive Committee of the Ward Party Committee, basically ensuring the content, program and requirements set out.

On July 1, the Ward Party Committee issued the Party Committee's Working Regulations, the Party Committee's Inspection Committee's Working Regulations, the Decision on establishment, regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Committee's advisory and support agencies. Up to now, the work of arranging and assigning cadres and civil servants has been basically completed, ensuring organizational stability and effective operation.

Regarding the activities of the Public Administration Service Center, from July 1 to July 10, the unit received, processed, and resolved 291 files. Of which, 133 files were resolved and returned on time, and 158 files are being transferred to the agencies for resolution. Through preliminary assessment, the rate of files increased significantly compared to before the merger.

At the working session, after listening to the leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of An Phu ward report on the operation of the organizational apparatus, the assignment and arrangement of cadres, civil servants and public employees after the merger; the activities of the Public Administration Service Center..., Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Chau Ngoc Tuan requested: The team of cadres, civil servants and public employees of An Phu ward need to proactively grasp the work; promptly study the documents and circulars of the Central Government and the province to apply them to practical work; there need to be solutions to help An Phu ward develop commensurate with the position of a central ward, a driving force for development of the province.

At the same time, the ward needs to seriously and fully prepare the conditions to organize the Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

During the working program, Comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan and the provincial delegation inspected the administrative procedure settlement process of the An Phu Ward Public Administration Service Center.
