To help members transform production methods from individual to large-scale commodity production, focusing on value chains, provincial Farmers' Associations at all levels have promoted the establishment of branches and professional associations for cultivation, animal husbandry, services, and aquaculture.

The Farmers' Association helps each other develop the economy of Tien Phong commune (Quang Yen town) was established in October 2024 with 15 members who are farmers growing ornamental plants, aquaculture, and doing business in the commune, operating according to the principle of "5 self, 5 together" (self-awareness, voluntariness, autonomy, self-management, self-responsibility; same field of labor, industry of science and technology, services; same concerns; sharing; taking responsibility; sharing benefits". The Association meets periodically once a quarter, and holds extraordinary meetings when required. By participating in the Association, members are trained to improve their knowledge, skills, and share relevant experiences on care techniques, disease prevention, material channels, loans, etc. to develop effective economic models. Ms. Do Thi Khai, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Tien Phong commune, said: The establishment of the Farmers' Association aims to establish a close link between farmer members, promote the movement of farmers competing in business. good, increase income for people associated with building new rural areas of the commune.
The professional association " Agricultural Mechanization" in Dong Ha village (Tan Lap commune, Dam Ha district) was established in July 2023 with 11 members who are farmers, helping to connect and share experiences in economic development, especially in investing and applying equipment and machinery for agricultural production. Thereby improving farming efficiency and increasing sustainable income.

In recent times, professional farmer associations and groups have developed strongly in terms of quantity and quality. Up to now, the whole province has established 71 professional farmer associations with 1,379 members; 160 professional farmer associations with over 1,300 members. The activities of branches and groups have had many positive changes, innovated in both content and form, suitable to reality, meeting the requirements of members, associated with the rights and obligations of farmer members and the people. In particular, mobilizing members to apply scientific and technological advances, mobilizing capital and labor, creating cooperation with each other and with businesses, contributing to increasing productivity, quality and income.
In order to encourage the establishment of professional farmer branches and groups, the Provincial Farmers' Association has directed all levels of Farmers' Associations to strengthen surveys and grasp the production and business situation of members and farmers in order to select and promote the strengths of industries and fields of localities to propagate and mobilize registration and participation; guide the establishment of new branches and groups, especially in remote, border and island residential areas. In which, reputable and good-performing farmer members are taken as the core to build branches and groups.

Farmers' Associations at all levels should organize well the activities of supporting, consulting, and coordinating the development of programs, projects, and plans for socio-economic development; promoting promotional activities, trade promotion, market connection, brand building, and improving the competitiveness of agricultural products. Special attention should be paid to researching and proposing support policies on capital, technology, and management and operation methods to help members of professional farmers' associations and groups have specific orientations for production and effective economic development.
