Here, comrade Dang Hong Sy inspected the facilities, personnel arrangement, organization and service to the people at the Ta Hine Commune Public Administration Service Center.

According to the report from the commune leaders, to prepare for the official operation on July 1, the Commune People's Committee had conducted a trial operation of the Commune Public Administration Service Center many days before. Every day, about 5 to 7 staff and volunteers guided people through the procedures.

This morning, Ta Hine Commune Public Administration Service Center began to guide and resolve administrative procedures for people and organizations in three areas: land procedures, civil status and socio-culture.

About 40 people came to the Center quite early to carry out administrative procedures. At the entrance of the center, officers of the unit and VNPT Lam Dong staff were on duty to support and guide people in performing operations and administrative procedures through the online public service portal system, and at the same time continue to transfer technology to commune officials.

People come to Ta Hine Commune Administrative Service Center to carry out procedures to change information on land use right certificates.

According to the leader of the Ta Hine Commune Public Administration Service Center, the infrastructure system and transmission lines serving the implementation of public administrative procedures have been basically deployed and will continue to be completed in the coming days. However, some administrative procedures that are implemented in a connected manner still face difficulties and are not yet consistent.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated the preparation work of Ta Hine commune. Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee leaders also spent time visiting people when they came to do administrative procedures, and at the same time observed the working methods and guided people to carry out administrative procedures in Ta Hine commune.
