During the field inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha and the working delegation of the Provincial People's Committee inspected a number of locations with land-related problems of two projects in Tran Bien ward and Tam Hiep ward, Dong Nai province.
Reporting at the inspection session, the representative of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and the project investor said: For the Bien Hoa City Central Axis Road Project, the site clearance work has been basically completed, with only some households remaining on the road leading to the bridge in Thong Nhat Ward (old) and the connecting sections to Dang Van Tron Street.
With the Cai River Road Project, the construction package for 5 bridges on the route has only been implemented. However, there are still problems with the land acquisition for the Tan Mai, Rach Gio and Ba Bot bridges. For the road section, only about 2.4 hectares of land has been handed over out of the total 13.2 hectares, reaching 18%. Because the handed over land area does not meet the requirements, the road construction package has not been able to select a contractor to start construction.

According to representatives of the People's Committees of Tran Bien and Tam Hiep wards and the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the site clearance for projects is facing difficulties in the resettlement process. Some plots of land are related to the Go Me Cooperative, so we have to wait for instructions on how to handle them. Localities have proposed that the Provincial People's Committee dispatch more staff to support and speed up the site clearance for projects.

Speaking at the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha assessed: Both projects have been under construction for a long time but the progress is still slow. Emphasizing that "the progress of projects does not wait for anyone", the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to focus maximum time and human resources to complete the site clearance work of the projects. Tran Bien and Tam Hiep wards must assign a leader to monitor the entire project, especially for the appraisal and approval of compensation and support plans. While waiting for the approval of compensation and support plans, the Party Committees of the wards must establish mobilization teams, mobilize households, and organize early handover of the site for the contractor to start construction.
Regarding the proposal to add more human resources to support site clearance work, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha acknowledged and will direct early implementation to provide maximum support to localities.
