On the morning of July 22, a working delegation of Lam Dong province led by Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the operation of the Public Administration Service Center; at the same time, surveyed the progress of implementing a number of key projects in Phuoc Hoi ward.

Reporting to the working delegation, the leader of Phuoc Hoi ward said: Since its inception, the Ward Public Administration Service Center has reviewed and publicly implemented 409 administrative procedures under the authority of the People's Committee at the commune level; at the same time, publicly posted full detailed content with QR codes of administrative procedures at the Center according to regulations for people and businesses to easily access when performing transactions.

Regarding the progress of administrative procedure settlement and work settlement of people and businesses, the Center has received and transferred to specialized departments to settle and return administrative procedure results in accordance with prescribed procedures and ensure the deadline for returning results, with no late files.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai visited and encouraged the youth of Phuoc Hoi ward who are on duty to support people at the Public Administration Service Center.

From July 1 to 21, the Center received a total of 816 applications (directly and online). Of these, 460 applications were processed on time and before the deadline, 304 applications were still under processing, 30 applications were rejected, and 22 applications were withdrawn by the people themselves.

Although initially meeting the requirements of serving the people well, the Center still faces many difficulties in terms of facilities and equipment such as: printers, scanners, and file lookup machines are degraded or damaged; one-stop software is still faulty; civil status data connection is not synchronized...

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and initiative of the locality in organizing, consolidating and putting the Public Administration Service Center into operation in a short time after the merger.

He suggested that the ward continue to review and overcome difficulties and obstacles in the operation process; promote the application of information technology, improve the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement, especially online public services.

Also in the morning of the same day, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai inspected a number of key works and projects in Phuoc Hoi ward such as: Phuoc Hoi New Urban Area Project, De LaGi Luxury Resort Project combined with residential area; DT.719 bypass project and Dinh River bridge.

Construction items of the DT.719 bypass project and the bridge over Dinh River are under construction.

Through the survey, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that these are important infrastructure projects, contributing to regional connectivity. Therefore, local authorities need to urge and coordinate well with contractors to speed up construction progress, not to waste land resources, contributing to promoting socio -economic development in the southeastern region of the province.
