The Dak Nong Social Policy Bank Transaction Office (Lam Dong) has just organized a loan entrustment signing ceremony with political and social organizations in the area.

On the afternoon of July 22, the Dak Nong Social Policy Bank Transaction Office held a ceremony to sign a loan trust contract with 4 political and social organizations in the area, including: Youth Union, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, and Veterans' Association.

According to the agreement, the Dak Nong Social Policy Bank Transaction Office agreed with the entrusting units on 4 important contents. Specifically, the parties coordinate propaganda and mobilization work; inspection and supervision of the activities of the Savings and Credit Group, the Group Management Board and its members; training work; and coordination activities with the entrusting party.

The signing between the People's Credit Fund and the entrusted units will contribute to improving the effectiveness of credit programs, as well as improving credit quality at the grassroots level.

Regarding propaganda and mobilization work, the two sides disseminate the Party, State and Government 's policies on social credit to all classes of people.

The parties disseminated the credit program, process, documents, and procedures for borrowing capital at the Social Policy Bank, and regulations on the operation of the Savings and Credit Group. The parties urged the Management Board of the Savings and Credit Group to fully participate in monthly transaction sessions and meetings...

Representatives of local associations and organizations attended the signing ceremony.

Regarding inspection work, the parties comprehensively monitor the activities of the Savings and Credit Group system and the Savings and Credit Group Management Board. The two parties directly participate in Savings and Credit Group meetings to monitor and direct many contents such as: establishing Savings and Credit Groups, building regulations for Savings and Credit Group activities; meetings to admit group members, evaluate loans, etc.

Representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the locality proposed that the People's Credit Fund and mass organizations further enhance responsibility in implementing policy credit programs.

Regarding training, every year, the Social Policy Bank coordinates with the entrusting party to organize training for 100% of the Savings and Credit Group Management Board on delegation operations, entrustment operations, mechanisms, policies, new related documents, etc.

Deputy Director of the Lam Dong Social Policy Bank Branch and Director of the Dak Nong Social Policy Bank Transaction Office Nguyen Tien Ha hopes that the entrusted units will coordinate better to improve credit quality at the grassroots level.

Regarding the coordination activities with the trustee, the Social Policy Bank advises the People's Committees at the commune and ward levels to develop annual credit plans and effectively implement social policy credit. The two sides organize transactions at transaction points, as well as report on difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process....

The Dak Nong Social Policy Bank Transaction Office currently has a loan balance of nearly 450 billion VND, with 6,820 households receiving loans. The unit is implementing 9 different social policy credit programs. The overdue debt ratio at the Transaction Office currently accounts for 0.03% of the total outstanding debt.
