Supporting farmers to access digital skills

On September 15, in Phu Tho province, the program "Phu Tho Go-Digital 2025 - E-commerce, breakthrough and reach far" was organized in coordination with the Provincial Cooperative Alliance, Center for Research and Training, Digital Media Knowledge Development, TikTok Vietnam, Hung Vuong Professional Entrepreneurs Club, Phu Tho Provincial Business Association and sponsored by CHAGEE Vietnam Company Limited.

The program includes 2 sessions. In which, the morning session is the discussion "Digital breakthrough in Phu Tho: Removing bottlenecks - Opening the way for e-commerce growth", the afternoon session is the training session "Phu Tho Go-Digital 2025: E-commerce, breaking through to reach far".

Hundreds of businesses, cooperatives, and business households participated in the Phu Tho Go-Digital 2025 seminar.

The program is being implemented in a context where many cooperatives and farming households in remote areas still face difficulties in accessing e-commerce. The lack of skills in branding, product storytelling, and professional image shaping makes it difficult for local agricultural products to reach far in the market.

At the seminar “Digital breakthrough in Phu Tho: Removing bottlenecks – Opening the way for e-commerce growth”, speakers analyzed the potential for e-commerce development based on the province’s cultural, historical and specialty product strengths. Many opinions frankly pointed out the “bottlenecks” that local businesses are facing, including lack of product storytelling skills, limitations in applying digital tools, difficulties in logistics and investment capital.

Meanwhile, the training session "Phu Tho Go-Digital 2025: E-commerce, breakthrough and reach far" includes many contents: livestream sales, creating attractive short content, implementing digital advertising, practicing with AI such as writing commands, creating content, making photos & videos for OCOP sales.

In addition, students are also instructed on key skills to "go online" effectively, focusing on brand storytelling skills, as well as methods for building consistent and effective product images from CHAGEE Vietnam experts.

These practical and useful contents have helped cooperatives and local businesses gain more knowledge to expand their markets and reach potential customers on e-commerce in a more systematic way. Hundreds of enterprises, cooperatives, and business households have directly participated and practiced on their own products.

The program in Phu Tho province is a continuation of the community project that CHAGEE has implemented in La Bang commune (Thai Nguyen) since June 2025. Here, the enterprise has coordinated to organize training for farmers on safe tea cultivation methods, applying sustainable production processes to improve the quality and value of agricultural products. CHAGEE also supports the construction of houses for some households in difficult circumstances, and donates means of transporting agricultural products to make it more convenient for people to bring products to market.

These activities not only address immediate needs but also contribute to improving production capacity, creating momentum for long-term livelihood development for the community.

The journey from La Bang to Phu Tho shows the enterprise's long-term commitment to accompanying the community, bringing technological knowledge, e-commerce knowledge and sustainable development values closer to the people.
