Phu Tho checks documents on provincial defense zone drills

On September 30, the Phu Tho Provincial Defense Zone Exercise Organizing Committee held a conference to review the exercise documents of departments, agencies and branches. Drill documents are important content. Up to now, departments, branches and sectors have built a system of documents with sufficient quantity, content and basic specifications in accordance with the guiding regulations and close to the tasks of the agency and unit.

Overview of the conference

After checking, on behalf of the Provincial Military Training Exercise Organizing Committee, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Cuong agreed with the departments and branches on the content and cover color of the documents of the Party and government agencies. Regarding the content, the departments and branches need to develop the content of the documents that correctly reflect their responsibilities and tasks in each state of national defense; the comments in the exercise need to be concise and go straight to the point. He also assigned the tasks to the specialized departments and branches of the Provincial Military Command to coordinate and provide specific instructions so that the documents of the departments and branches ensure consistency in both form and content.

The Provincial Military Command inspected the document system of departments, agencies and branches participating in the 2024 Provincial Military Exercise.
