An Dong Ward (HCMC) launched an emulation movement to celebrate National Day September 2

On the morning of August 23, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Dong Ward (HCMC) held a ceremony to launch a peak emulation campaign to celebrate the success of the congresses and the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

At the ceremony, the An Dong Ward Fatherland Front Committee launched an emulation movement in the entire political system and all classes of people, aiming to promote the strength of great national unity, linking the emulation movement with practical works and tasks.

On this occasion, the Ward Fatherland Front launched the Community Legal Advisory Group; signed a coordination program with the Ward Police Command on "Promoting the movement of the entire people to protect National Security in the new situation" in the ward for the period 2025-2033.

The ward also signed a coordination program with the ward Military Command on national defense and security work, maintaining political security to contribute to building a strong and comprehensive local base; recruiting and calling citizens to join the army; taking care of military rear policies in the area in 2025.

The organizing committee also awarded 30 Nguyen Huu Tho scholarships, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai scholarships, Tran Boi Co scholarships and 10 bicycles to disadvantaged students for the 2025-2026 school year. At the same time, 80 social security gifts were also sent to veterans and disadvantaged households on the occasion of National Day.

At the ceremony, many units and neighborhoods registered to carry out emulation projects on environmental sanitation and social security, contributing to building a civilized and affectionate An Dong ward.
