Bong Lai Ward awarded land use right certificates to resettled households.

The Lim - Pha Lai railway project in Que Vo town (old) has a total area of 108.82 hectares of land recovered. Of which, Xa Loan residential group, Bong Lai ward has 26 households and individuals whose residential land was recovered with an area of 1.28 hectares. The Provincial People's Committee approved the project to build infrastructure for the resettlement area in 2009. During the implementation process, the issuance of certificates of land use rights for resettlement households was prolonged due to many problems and was directed by all levels and sectors to be thoroughly resolved.

Leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Bong Lai ward awarded land use right certificates to 6 households in Xa Loan residential group.

After a period of focusing on removing obstacles and guiding people to complete procedures, at the conference, the People's Committee of Bong Lai ward awarded 6 land use right certificates to the households of Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Van Quyen, Nguyen Van Hieu, Nguyen Thi Hien (wife of Mr. Nguyen Van Toan), Nguyen Thanh Nhan, Nguyen Thi Chung (wife of Mr. Nguyen Van Binh) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Xoa (wife of Mr. Nguyen Van Boi) all in Xa Loan residential group.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Tho, Chairman of Bong Lai Ward People's Committee affirmed that the handover of resettlement land to households right after the success of the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress demonstrated the determination of local Party committees and authorities in ensuring fairness, transparency and discipline in land management.

In the coming time, the People's Committee of Bong Lai Ward will continue to focus on resolving land procedures in accordance with regulations, avoiding delays and causing inconvenience to the people. Specialized departments will continue to coordinate with residential groups to remove difficulties in reviewing land records, especially complicated and long-standing cases; promote dissemination and propaganda of land laws, and build discipline in residential land use. For people, after receiving the certificate, it is recommended to raise awareness of using land in accordance with planning and carry out procedures for granting construction permits for works on land in accordance with regulations.

Thanking the local government for their attention and closeness, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan, a resident of Xa Loan residential group, expressed his joy and excitement because after many years of waiting, he received a certificate of land use rights for resettlement, which is the basis for his family to settle down and make a living.
