Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy also said that in the first days of officially operating the 2-level local government model, the Ward Public Administration Service Center received an average of more than 200 sets of documents per day, of which the most were procedures for notarized copies, business registration, judicial affairs, household registration, etc. All procedures received during the day were handled smoothly by the unit's civil servants, without leaving any backlog of documents.

Currently, the Party Committee of Di An Ward is requesting to strengthen the communication work widely in many forms: live broadcast of announcements, information via newspapers, fanpages, electronic information portals, etc. so that people can access information about receiving and returning administrative procedure settlement results to people in Di An Ward (including Di An and An Binh wards and Chieu Lieu, Chieu Lieu A, Dong Chieu, Dong Chieu A, Tan Long, Dong Tac neighborhoods of the old Tan Dong Hiep Ward) at the Di An Ward Public Administration Service Center.
