DNO - On the morning of September 5, at Tra Lien commune, Huong Tra ward and Tra Lien commune signed a cooperation memorandum between the two localities.

Attending the twinning ceremony were leaders of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Da Nang City Party Committee, along with leaders of the two localities.

The twinning activity is carried out in accordance with the policy of the Da Nang City Party Committee on strengthening connections and support between localities in the city to promote combined strength, boost socio-economic development, and build a strong and comprehensive political system in the coming time.

According to the signed minutes, the two localities regularly organize meetings and exchange experiences in Party building and rectification work and the political system such as: leadership and direction of Party committees; Party member development work; inspection, supervision and skillful mass mobilization work; building the government, the Front and associations and unions; mobilizing the masses and building a strong political base.
