Tra Lien and Chien Dan communes signed a cooperation agreement

DNO - This morning, September 20, at the People's Committee of Tra Lien commune, the signing ceremony of the twinning agreement between Tra Lien commune and Chien Dan commune took place.

At the ceremony, representatives of the leaders of Chien Dan and Tra Lien communes discussed some contents about the economic and social situation of the two communes, expressing their joy and confidence in the effectiveness of the twinning. This is not only an activity to strengthen solidarity but also an opportunity for the two communes to exchange experiences and support each other in the fields of economy, culture, society and national security.

At the ceremony, representatives of Tra Lien and Chien Dan communes signed a memorandum of understanding, pledging to support economic development; share experiences in agricultural production, livestock breeding, and develop effective economic models to help people increase their income.

On this occasion, Chien Dan commune donated 10 million VND to disadvantaged children in Tra Lien commune, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chien Dan commune donated 10 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) to poor households; and coordinated with Saigon - Tam Ky General Hospital to examine and provide free eye disease consultation for more than 200 people in Tra Lien commune.
