Quang Nam is ready to provide conditions for issuing Criminal Records on the VNeID application.

VNeID application integrates many utilities to serve people and businesses.

On August 1, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu signed and issued Plan No. 5723 to deploy the issuance of Criminal Records on the VNeID application in Quang Nam province.

The implementation of issuing Criminal Records on the VNeID application aims to facilitate individuals and organizations to choose the appropriate method of requesting a Criminal Records certificate; shortening the time for processing records.

The plan's contents include: Completing the connection between the province's administrative procedure settlement information system and the Ministry of Justice 's shared criminal record management system according to version 2.0 and connecting with the VNeID application to ensure readiness to deploy the issuance of criminal records on the VNeID application.

Organize training for civil servants to perform related tasks, ensuring effective coordination in operating the process of receiving and handling requests for issuance of Criminal Records on the VNeID application.

Widely disseminate to the people about the method and utility of the Criminal Record Certificate issued on the VNeID application. Issue Criminal Record Certificates on the VNeID application as soon as the Government officially decides to deploy it nationwide.

Strengthen the construction of the Criminal Records Database, ensuring complete, accurate and timely information. Evaluate the advantages, difficulties and obstacles in issuing Criminal Records on the VNeID application in the province; propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Justice, the Provincial Police, the Provincial People's Committee Office and relevant units to quickly connect the province's administrative procedure settlement information system with the shared Criminal Records Management System software of the Ministry of Justice and the VNeID application of the Ministry of Public Security.

Units must prepare the necessary technical conditions to ensure the issuance of Criminal Records on VNeID when directed by the Government, the Prime Minister and the connection roadmap from the Central Ministries and branches.

The provincial police reviewed and issued electronic identification accounts to people to meet the conditions for requesting a Criminal Record Certificate on the VNeID application.

The Provincial People's Committee Office (Public Administration Service Center) proactively arranges human resources, facilities, and equipment to support, receive, and return results of issuing Judicial Records at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center to ensure timeliness and efficiency...
