Accordingly, passenger and cargo transportation by 4-wheel motor vehicles are allowed to operate all day long but must comply with the organization and traffic flow of the authorities and signs restricting the operating time of 4-wheel motor vehicles on each road section and route.

This vehicle is allowed to operate on roads in Quang Nam province, except for the following routes: highways, routes, areas where operations are prohibited or restricted according to current relevant laws and regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Transport to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and relevant agencies and units in the management and guidance of transportation activities by four-wheeled motor vehicles in Quang Nam province. Conduct periodic and unscheduled specialized inspections and handle related violations.

The Provincial Police organize patrols, control, and handle violations of road traffic order and safety and other relevant legal regulations. Coordinate with the Department of Transport in inspecting and sharing information on handling administrative violations. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism propagates and disseminates this regulation to tourism businesses and tourists, raising awareness and strict compliance.
