Launching a free startup instructor training program using Harvard's curriculum

The National Startup Advisory Council has just opened its first completely free startup instructor training course for 100 students nationwide.

On August 13, Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa - Chairman of the National Startup Advisory Council - said that this unit has just opened the first startup lecturer training course with 100 students nationwide attending.

The training program uses the curriculum of Harvard University, including 9 training modules applying AI technology organized in 40 sessions combining on-site and online learning. The content is taught by professors, international experts from the US, Korea, Switzerland, China... and "real-life" businessmen.

This is a program with 100% full scholarship, worth 250 million VND/student, for leaders, experts, lecturers, business owners and those who aspire to develop their careers in the field of training and startup consulting.

The program is part of activities accompanying Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo on private economic development and Resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, aiming to create 2 million private enterprises by 2030, in the spirit of Resolution 68 of the Politburo.

According to Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa, the courses aim to train 5,000 to 10,000 startup lecturers at 3 levels (elementary - intermediate - advanced), creating a core force to support Vietnamese businesses to develop sustainably.

After the first course with 40 sessions, 3 online sessions per week, the National Startup Advisory Council will enroll a new course.

The National Startup Advisory Council under the National Startup Association was established in June 2023.

The National Startup Advisory Council is a specialized unit that performs the function of advising on policies, strategies, programs, and plans on national startups and national startup services.

In June 2021, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a document allowing the establishment of the National Startup Association. This is a professional social organization, organized and operated according to the charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs.
