The One UI 8 Beta program, which was first introduced with the Galaxy S25 series in May 2025, will officially be available on the Galaxy S24, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Galaxy Z Flip6 devices starting next week in Korea, the US, the UK, and India. In September 2025, the program will continue to expand to more devices, including the Galaxy S23, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, A36 5G, A55 5G, A35 5G, and A54 series. Users can enroll in the program through the Samsung Members app.

With One UI 8, Samsung takes the AI experience to the next level by combining real-time context awareness and more natural interactions. When paired with the Galaxy Buds3 or Buds3 Pro, users can activate Google's Gemini with their voice or a long press on the earbuds. Developed to optimize for various Galaxy device formats, One UI 8 not only enhances productivity but also provides personalized convenience for each user.

Samsung said that it will roll out the official version of One UI 8 in September 2025 based on valuable feedback from beta program participants. The update will be rolled out first to the Galaxy S25 series, then expanded sequentially to other eligible devices. In addition, One UI 8 Watch will be expanded to more Galaxy Watch models in addition to the Galaxy Watch8 later this year, bringing proactive health care features and a more refined, intuitive smartwatch interface to more users.
