Additional admission criteria

Accordingly, 30 admission targets are determined by each school, region, subject, and gender.

Subjects and conditions for admission

- Candidates who meet the conditions and have participated in the 2024 recruitment exam for the People's Public Security Forces according to each category (high school students, discharged conscripts, grade 11 students: active conscripts) but did not pass the university entrance exam, the People's Public Security College, did not pass the exam or have not enrolled in schools outside the Public Security sector.

- Candidates participating in the admission exam must ensure that according to the combination, assessment test code, subject, male/female gender, and admission area, they are allowed to apply to the Police Academy and schools in 2024 (as prescribed in Instruction 05/1D-BCA-X02 of 2024 of the Ministry of Public Security promulgating instructions for Police admission in 2024). Ensure the input quality threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.

Application profile

- Certified copy of candidate's Identity Card or Citizen Identification Card.

- Certified copy of the candidate's 2024 High School Graduation Exam Results Certificate.

- Admission score notification form for the People's Public Security issued by X02 or the training facility.

- Application form for additional and replacement admission (Appendix 02)

Time and place for receiving documents

Application submission period is from October 18, 2024 to before 5:00 p.m. on October 23, 2024.

Location for receiving documents: Candidates submit additional and replacement application documents to the Police Department of the unit or locality that received the application documents for the first round. The Police Department of the unit or locality sends documents and registration request data to the Police Academy and universities. X02 synthesizes documents from the Police Department of units and localities, and the candidates' registration wishes.

Admission methods and additional and alternative admission procedures

- Implement the admission method and admission process according to the provisions of Instruction No. 05/HD-BCA-X02 of 2024 of the Ministry of Public Security promulgating instructions for admission to the People's Public Security Force in 2024.

Candidates can register for a maximum of 3 admission wishes, school code, and major code. The priority order for admission is respectively according to Wish 1, Wish 2, and Wish 3. Priority for admission is given to the major and school applying for the first time.

- In case there are no candidates who are qualified for admission according to each method, the admission method will be used based on the assessment test scores from high to low until the end of the expenditure. The admission score is the admission assessment test score of the Ministry of Public Security on a 100-point scale plus regional priority points, priority points for subjects according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , and bonus points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.

The calculation formula is as follows:

DXT=BTBCA + DC*10/3 , in which:

+ DXT : admission score

+ BTBCA : assessment test score of the Ministry of Public Security

+ Address : bonus points for regional priority, subject priority and bonus points. In case the number of candidates with the same admission score, if all are taken, it will exceed the allocated quota, then the admission will be considered in the following order:

+ Firstly, consider candidates with scores on the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test from highest to lowest until the quota is met;

+ Second, consider candidates with multiple choice test scores of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test from high to low until sufficient spending.

In case the above criteria are considered but the target is still exceeded, when evaluating the scoring plan, X02 will coordinate with X01 to report to the Ministry's leaders for decision.
