Due to the influence of the storm, from September 22, the eastern area of the North East Sea will have winds gradually increasing to level 8-9, then increasing to level 10-14, the area near the storm's center will have strong winds of level 15-17, gusting above level 17; waves over 10 m high, rough seas.
From September 22 to 26, in almost all sea areas, ships and boats are likely to be affected by large waves and need to be on guard against thunderstorms accompanied by unusually large waves, which are dangerous for traffic, fishing and seafood exploitation at sea.
On land, in the afternoon and evening of September 21, the area from Thanh Hoa to Lam Dong will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, rainfall of 15-30mm, locally heavy to very heavy rain of over 100mm; warning of the risk of rain with intensity greater than 70mm in 3 hours.
From the night of September 22 to September 24, the area from Thanh Hoa to Hue and the South Central Coast will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain in the afternoon and evening; thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
From September 25 to 27, there is a possibility of widespread heavy rain from Thanh Hoa to Hue .
