Up to now, the arrangement of chief accountants, accounting managers, organization of accounting apparatus and registration of chief accountant signatures of units at the State Treasury are basically no longer problematic. Units have also completed the advance/withdrawal of budget estimates for salary payment.
Up to now, the Department of Finance has received the dossiers of 3,442 subjects who are civil servants, public employees, and workers after being arranged according to Decree 178 and Decree 67, with an estimated payment of over VND 3,874 billion. The Department of Finance has also advised the Provincial People's Committee to arrange funds for the People's Committees of communes and wards to pay for 2,451 subjects, with a total amount of nearly VND 2,365 billion.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance Y Huong Nie requested the Department's departments to continue to coordinate to support and guide localities in implementing contents related to the financial and budgetary fields. In particular, continue to coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards in guiding and inspecting, ensuring the management of revenue and expenditure in accordance with regulations, transparency and efficiency. At the same time, promptly remove obstacles regarding regimes and norms according to regulations.
Coordinate with departments to provide guidance on the development of the 2026 budget, review projects, urge disbursement, coordinate to remove procedural bottlenecks, ensure progress and quality, and avoid slow capital implementation.
In addition, it is recommended that the People's Committees of communes enhance their sense of responsibility in managing and using public assets for the right purposes and in accordance with regulations, promoting effective service to the people; simplifying administrative procedures, creating maximum convenience for people and businesses, contributing to promoting local socio -economic development.
